We're confident you'll love BLUR. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of your initial purchase date, we'll refund your money in full—no questions asked.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@blur.io with your order details and the reason for your refund request. Our team will process your request within 5-7 business days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Any fees already paid are non-refundable, but you'll retain access to your membership until your subscription period ends.
Refunds are available for purchases made within the last 30 days. To be eligible for a refund, your account must not show evidence of abuse of the refund policy. Multiple refund requests may result in account termination at BLUR's discretion.
If you request a refund after partially using our service within the 30-day window, we may process a partial refund at our discretion based on the time and features used.
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
